This Privacy Policy explains how Thinkipysoft (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the LinguaNova mobile application, website and related services.

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, profile preferences, selected native language, selected learning language and learning level.

We may also collect learning activity such as completed lessons, quiz scores, XP, streaks, saved words, speaking-practice results and progress history.

Technical information may include device type, operating system, app version, IP address, crash information and diagnostic logs.

2. Authentication Information

When you sign in using email or Google, authentication information may be processed by our authentication provider. We do not receive your Google password.

3. Microphone and Speech Data

LinguaNova may request microphone access for speaking and pronunciation practice. Audio may be processed on your device or transmitted to a speech-recognition service to provide the requested feature. We do not use microphone access when the speaking feature is inactive.

4. How We Use Information

Provide and personalize lessons.
Save progress, XP, streaks and achievements.
Authenticate accounts and maintain security.
Improve performance and fix technical issues.
Respond to support and privacy requests.
Process subscriptions where premium services are offered.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us provide hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, speech recognition, notifications and customer support.

Information may be stored on secured servers and on your device for offline functionality. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of electronic storage is completely secure.

We retain personal information while your account is active and as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. You may request account deletion.

LinguaNova is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law without consent from a parent or legal guardian. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete personal information. Submit a request using our Account Deletion page or contact us by email.

10. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services such as Google authentication, Firebase services, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics platforms or speech services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect information as required by applicable law.
