Premium plans may renew automatically according to the terms shown during purchase. Billing, cancellation and refund rules may also be governed by the applicable app store or payment provider.

LinguaNova, its branding, software, lesson content and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Thinkipysoft.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal or operational risk.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Thinkipysoft will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
